What You Need to Know Before Your Appointment at Vitality Women's Clinic

Do I need to have a missed period before my appointment? Yes. Here’s why: To ensure the most accurate results, we ask that you wait 28–31 days from the first day of your last period before coming in for a pregnancy test. Will my visit be confidential? Absolutely. Your privacy is our priority. ​ At Vitality Women's Clinic, we follow a strict confidentiality policy. We will never share your information or appointment details with anyone—unless you give us written permission. If you have any concerns, you’re welcome to email one of our center directors. We’ll work with you to schedule a time that feels safe and comfortable for you. ​   ⚠️ By law, we are only required to break confidentiality if: You are suicidal or homicidal You are underage and being abused You are abusing someone else ​

Do I need to make an appointment? Walk-ins are welcome! While appointments are recommended to avoid wait times, we will do our best to see walk-ins if a time slot is available. 📅 Schedule your appointment here »

What do I need to bring to my appointment? Please bring a valid photo ID with you.

Is there a cost? All services are provided at no cost or low cost. That includes pregnancy testing, ultrasounds, and consultations—so you can focus on what matters most: your health and future.

Can I get birth control at Vitality? No, Vitality Women's Clinic does not prescribe birth control at this time.

Do you provide emergency contraception (Plan B)? No, Vitality does not provide emergency contraception.
