Do I need to have a missed period before my appointment? Yes. Here’s why: To ensure the most accurate results, we ask that you wait 28–31 days from the first day of your last period before coming in for a pregnancy test. Will my visit be confidential? Absolutely. Your privacy is our priority. At Vitality Women's Clinic, we follow a strict confidentiality policy. We will never share your information or appointment details with anyone—unless you give us written permission. If you have any concerns, you’re welcome to email one of our center directors. We’ll work with you to schedule a time that feels safe and comfortable for you. ⚠️ By law, we are only required to break confidentiality if: You are suicidal or homicidal You are underage and being abused You are abusing someone else
